Shipping

When will my order be shipped?

We typically ship orders within one business day. During peak order times (e.g., Black Friday sales), please allow us 48 hours to process and ship your order.

How long does shipping take?

This depends on the method of shipping you chose at checkout, but it typically takes 4-7 business days from the date the package is received by the postal carrier. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer international shipping at this time. We currently only ship within the United States, but we hope to expand our international shipping in the future.

Why isn't my tracking information updating?

Sometimes USPS takes 24-48 hours to update tracking after receiving the package, especially during peak volume times. We (unfortunately) see the same tracking information that you do, so we are unable to provide any additional information other than what the tracking number provides.

Orders

How do I check the status of my order?

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. Please refer to your tracking number for the most up-to-date information.

Can I modify or change my order?

We try to ship products out very quickly, so it may not be possible. However, if you send us an email to hello@healthyhabitsco.com, we might be able to make the change for you.

I forgot to add a discount code to my order. Can you add it after the fact?

Unfortunately we aren't able to add discount codes after a purchase has been placed, but feel free to use it on your next order!

How can I update the address on my order?

If you need to modify the shipping address please email us at hello@healthyhabitsco.com as soon as possible. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, we tend to ship products out quickly so it may not be possible.

What's your return policy?

All sales are final, so we are unable to process cancellations, returns, or exchanges. However, if you have any issues with your order, please reach out to hello@healthyhabitsco.com and we will be happy to assist you.
